Ever wonder where our products are made?
Our Vermont Collection is made by a wonderful group of seamstresses who work from home in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom - just 2 hours away from our office headquarters in Burlington. Keeping our production local allows us to provide an ever changing collection of fun, fresh prints, and to support a community of makers and the economy of a state we believe in.
On the other side of the globe, the Skida Cashmere Collection is woven or knitted in two small factories in Nepal. Our founder Corinne first discovered Nepal’s local cashmere industry while studying abroad in college. After visiting the factories and shaping designs, Skida debuted it’s first cashmere styles in 2014. Ever since, Skida has made an effort to maintain a strong relationship with these well-run, ethical, and small-scale factories. Corinne continues to visit almost every other year.
