Normally I Love my Skiida Visit

First, I do love Skiida products. They are beautiful and quality products but … two recent visits to the Burlington Skiida store the customer service of the person checking people out was terrible. She made my daughter and I feel unwelcome and less then. Really disappointing given previous experiences.
