Full-time Position
Location:  Skida HQ, Burlington, Vermont

The Marketing Assistant will support the creative and marketing teams in social media engagement, product seeding to enthusiasts and content creators, brand activation events, and with the production of brand photoshoots.

Responsibilities include:
  • Social media post creation, community engagement, and tracking analytics
  • Assist with planning and scheduling all content around new product launches
  • Enter and process product seeding orders for ambassadors, photographers, media opportunities
  • Coordinating logistics and communications around photoshoot production
  • Supporting Skida brand activation events through set up and on site representation
  • Start date: ASAP

 Full-time Position
Location:  Skida HQ, Burlington, Vermont

The Skida eCommerce Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for creating a seamless shopping experience for all customers through the creation of new product pages, organization of product imagery, and maintenance of website pages.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Merchandising to develop and execute a site experience that drives sales and delivers beautiful imagery and content
  • Create new skus and product/collection pages for each launch and ensure all necessary assets and copy are added prior to launch
  • Coordinate photo shoot pre and post-process, which includes – scheduling photographer, creating shot list, cataloging imagery, gathering and returning product from warehouse
  • Daily management of site content including: homepage assets, collection pages, curated shops, site banners, landing pages and sku maintenance.
  • Perform site analysis to identify opportunities to enhance shopping experience
  • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure customers are able to find what they are looking for effortlessly through site navigation and experience
  • Partner with marketing to create e-commerce asset deck prior to each launch


Skills Required:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to identify opportunities for site improvement



  • 1-2 years of eCommerce experience (or a relevant degree or internship)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, html + css coding, Adobe Creative Suite, and Shopify

 Part-time Position
Location:  Skida HQ, Burlington, Vermont


Skida is seeking retail support for the busy winter season ahead at our Skida headquarters showroom. This position will assist our customers in a fast paced, lively environment, manage the point of sale during assigned hours, help plan, coordinate, and set up in-store visual merchandising, and restock inventory in the storefront daily. The right candidate will be a positive, self-motivated, problem solver, highly organized and able to go with the flow in a growing business. This is a part-time seasonal position with growth potential for the right person.

Applicants must have:

  • 1-3 years retail experience
  • Rockstar customer service skills
  • Saturday availability
  • This is a seasonal position starting as early as October 1 and ending in March.

Full-time & Part-time Positions
Location:  Skida HQ, Burlington, Vermont


Skida is seeking part-time and full-time seasonal fulfillment support to join our team and keep pace with the busy winter season ahead. This position will assist in picking and packing orders, organizing and stocking inventory, moving boxes and keeping our fulfillment areas clean.  The ideal candidate will be positive, self-motivated and detail oriented, and have the ability to communicate effectively as part of a tight knit team. Experience with pack & ship is a plus. 


Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Prep all packing for the day, printing order forms and shipping labels
  • Pack and ship e-commerce orders daily from within 2-3 business days
  • Pack and ship wholesale orders, both pre-booking and ASAP on schedule
  • Assist in shipping all Donations, PR Product and custom orders
  • Receive incoming shipments, collect and sort mail daily
  • Work with team on the preseason pack schedule and keeping the team informed of any updates made and status of shipping


General Organization

  • Organize and create space for all new products in storage and fulfillment
  • Work with team to ensure that all products are restocked and organized in the fulfillment tables and in storage
  • Periodically map storage for upcoming products and new prints
  • Keep the fulfillment area clean and take out the trash and recycling as needed throughout the day or at the end of the day
  • Conduct supply counts as needed and keep materials organized (hangtags, labels, etc.)



  • Complete stock takes for products as needed, identifying products that are missing from inventory or have incorrect inventory
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies right away to the supervisor
  • Report any low shipping materials that need to be ordered to the supervisor
