About This Product
Description
Arguably our oldest pattern, Strawberry Fields is a tribute to one of our first print in Skida history: a strawberry scratch-n-sniff fabric that we found on eBay in 2008. It actually smelled like strawberries which made for interesting chairlift rides! This sweet throwback has become an iconic print in our line up.

Hesitated to pull the trigger due to the price but I’m so glad I did! It’s highly breathable and the bill is a nice size: perfect for NC summer. I wear for running, walking, and as often as I’m outside!
Recommended to get this hat by a friend and boy oh boy was that an excellent recommendation. I’ve been a Skida lover for many years and this hat just made my love grow stronger. I love this light weight cap. I wear it on warm and cold days... and the headbands are thin enough to fit under the hat and warm enough to keep my ears warm. I highly recommend this cap! I use mine for running. ♡ The cap also washes well and still looks like new!
I really like the feel and look of the hat but do not like that Skida is starting to have things made in China. As someone who lives in Vermont, I have pride in wearing made in VT attire and want to keep it that way.
I joined a group of 16 women who had all signed up, individually, for an event a year in advance. We were from all over the country and Canada. We communicated and supported each other through a WhatsApp chat group - not one of knew another. The event is called 29029 Everesting. We had to do 17 ascents up Stratton Mountain in Vermont to hike the equivalent elevation gain of Mount Everest or 29,029 feet (hike up, take the gondola down, repeat, 17 times!). We needed a way to easily find/identify each other on the mountain. One of the women suggested we support a small, woman owned business in the local area, so we chose Skida! Eventually we decided on the Neon Waves design. It was PERFECT! And because there were so many of us…word got out, and we got even more recognition and support from other hikers, spectators, and staff! It was an AMAZING weekend - and 12 of 16 of us finished the entire EPIC event!! Thank you Skida for helping us all help each other reach our goals!!
Love the brim length! I’ve tried similar hats that just didn’t feel like it was long enough for face sun protection! Amazing breathability and it packs down to nothing! I want more colors!
I have locs and have a hard time finding hats that are flexible enough to stretch for my hair or come down far enough on my head to feel like they won’t fall off. This hat fits so well and I hope Skida
Comes out with more colors! I don’t necessarily use it for running but the light weight and breathable aspects are nice for my thick hair because it gets hot up there!
I love this hat! I have 2 colors but I am desperate to have it in the Bitterroot color!! Pleeeeaase make this! :)

Love the color, design and how light and airy this hat is. And the price discount made it affordable as well. I always get compliments whenever I wear SKIDA gear.
Wish these were sized differently. It's quite big and I wouldn't say I have trouble with hats fitting. This is such a cute hat. Even the hats on the models in the photos are baggy! Please please please make some smaller hats :)

As someone with a smaller head, I think the hat fits great. It’s adjustable and I don’t feel like it swallows my head either. I’m very happy with the Lullaby color scheme, I love purples and it adds such a nice pop of color to my fits when I go run or wear it out and about! It’s really comfy, breathable, and provides good protection from the sun. I’ve noticed it also doesn’t get gross even after going for many sweaty runs! Let it air out of course, but it can withstand a good amount of activity before needing to be washed :) Overall it’s such a great hat and is definitely getting a lot of use. I’m really happy I got it!

Love this hat! I’ve been looking for a new running hat and the is is so lightweight and beautiful! I wasn’t sure if the style would fit me right but it’s PERFECT!
This is my 4th Packable Run Cap and they are hands down the first hats I reach for when I’m going out for 20 miles. They’re super lightweight, quick drying, and vented and they’re cute as heck.

I was so excited to see this hat in the Skida lineup and immediately ordered it. Alas, it was too big, even cinched all the way down, and looked ridiculous. I have a smaller than average head but nothing extreme. Please make a smaller version for those of us with petite melons or who aren't so well-endowed with luscious locks. :)

This hat is so lightweight and cute! I have been loving it on hikes to keep the bugs away. It keeps the sun off my face and I stay cool because it’s such nice, lightweight fabric-I love it!
This is my new favorite hat to wear running BY FAR. I tend to sweat a lot, but this hat is so breathable that I've seen a noticeable difference in forehead sweat! Plus the inevitable sweat that does happen doesn't change the color of the hat! Such an embarrassing review, but I was so surprised and pleased that I felt I had to share. lol
