Maple Sugar | Cashmere Dorset Knit

I was really excited about this hat; the Arctic Blush Cashmere Dorset Knit looks so pretty and fun in the photos, but the one I received didn’t measure up. The pom-pom appears large, fluffy, and luxurious online in photos. It arrived and was very small, looking matted and flat, no matter how much I tried to fluff it.
The hat itself is also surprisingly small; while it has some stretch, it feels more like a child’s size than an adult.
The knit and overall quality feel below what I’d expect for the price, especially from a brand I’ve admired for its style and craftsmanship.
