Cool Beans Alpine Neckwarmer order

Hi Charlotte..I’m replying to you about my recent order of Cool Beans alpine neckwarmer: I tried it on today before going skiing, and noticed immediately that it’s fitting looser than all of my other Skida neck warmers. It feels way too loose around my neck and it measures a 1/2 inch difference in size! I’m really disappointed in my purchase and would like to return it. I love all of my other alpine neck warmers, but know I won’t be happy with the way this fits me. Thank you! Pam Cupoli

Very sweet pattern. I have a hat and neck warmer, so does my daughter and my 2 granddaughters. The hats are warm without bulk. The hat fits comfortably under the hood of my Rab jacket. perfect.
